Goes to show, if that is Sam's reaction to having a player signed by Sullivan, then it bodes well, as it means the board and manager are also working as a team. Wouldn't surprise me if Zarate was one that the owner pushed through, what with him being at birmingham before.

I believe he was brought in to do the job that Downing is doing so well for us at present
Apart from that I'm pretty sure he's injured so isn't getting much playing time
